How We Source & Verify 4D Results

Every 4D result on this site is stored with the source it came from and the moment it was checked. This page documents exactly what that process is, and what it does not cover.

Required Before Publication

A draw record is rejected outright unless it carries all of the following. There is no partial publication — an incomplete draw is held back rather than shown with gaps:

Validation Process

Every record passes through automated checks before it reaches the site. These run at build time, so a record that fails them stops the build rather than reaching a visitor:

How Often We Check

Malaysian 4D draws are concentrated on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday evenings, with occasional special Tuesday draws; several operators (Grand Dragon, 9 Lotto, Sabah 88, Perdana) draw daily. The watcher adapts to this rather than polling at one flat rate:

Corrections

If a record is wrong, the correction is checked against the original source and re-imported with an updated verification timestamp. Records are always displayed by draw date, never by the date the page was generated, so a rebuild cannot make an old draw look current.

Known Limitations

Stating these plainly matters more than appearing comprehensive:

Coverage

The archive covers Magnum 4D, Da Ma Cai (1+3D), Sports Toto, Singapore Pools 4D, Grand Dragon Lotto, 9 Lotto, Sabah 88, Sarawak Cash Sweep, Sandakan 4D and Perdana 4D. Each operator has its own section on the 4D results page.

Data Standards FAQ

Where do the 4D results come from?

Each record is captured from a published results source and stored with the exact source URL it came from, plus the timestamp it was verified. Every result card on this site links back to its own source so you can check it yourself.

How quickly are results published?

A watcher polls for new draws every 12 seconds during draw windows (Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday evenings) and every five minutes otherwise, so a new draw normally appears within about a minute of being published at the source.

What happens if a published number is wrong?

The record is re-checked against its original source, corrected, and re-imported with a fresh verification timestamp. Numbers are never edited in place without re-verification.

Are these results official?

No. This is an independent archive, not a lottery operator. For prize claims always confirm against the operator’s own official result slip or website — the source link on every record points you there.
